To selection in MBA programme one must clear an enterance exam of desired management college.
There are many good management college in India, mostly all tier 2, 3 and all IIM accept CAT score. There are some other good college that accepting exams like CMAT, XAT, MAH MBA CET, etc. they are amongst the most the toughest entrance exams in India. Selection criteria is starts with CAT score, 10th and 12th std percentage, candidate's CGPA in graduation degree is also important and mostly first three years are important.
For top college like IIM students have to required percentile above 95 in CAT but in exams like XAT 90 percentile

Yes, Junagadh Agricultural University is a good choice for MBA. The admission process usually begins around July, with online form submission between 1st to 10th of the month. To secure admission, you need to pass an entrance test and create a merit profile. I recommend this MBA programme because of the pleasant environment and excellent research facilities available at the university. The course provides a nice blend of academic learning and practical research, making it a favorable option for those interested in agriculture and related fields.

NIELIT Kolkata only offer some Under Graducation programme in IT subjects and many short term to long term certification courses.
If you are only interested in management courses with 65 percentile then there are some other MBA college that accept round 50 to 60 percentile in CAT like : MIT college of management Pune and New Delhi institute of management this are some recommendation by me,for further information yo
