MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. The university offers MBA through School of Management & Commerce in four specialisations, namely Business Analytics in association with IBM, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Shipping Management and Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems & Production. Candidates need to pass a three-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category). The eligibility remains same for all the MBA specialisations. Candidates need to submit the documents verififying their eligibility during the counselling round for final selection in the university.

Candidates must pass XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT followed by a GDPI round for admission to the PGDM course. The institute also considers the academic performance and co-curricular activities of the aspirants. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted candidates need to come for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. PGDM is a two-year full-time residential course offered in five specialisations, namely Finance, Marketing, Operations & IT, Human Resource and Analytics. Besides, the institute also offers PGDM BA at the PG level. The course is offered in trimester system. The annual seat intake for PGDM and PGDM BA is 180 and 60, respectively.

UEM Kolkata is a private university established in 2015. The university is approved by the AICTE, UGC, and the Bar Council of India. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral-level courses. MBA is a two-year full-time dual specialisation course divided into four semesters and in 8 specialisations.The university also offers part-time MBA course. It has been ranked 44 by Times' 23 for MBA/PGDM. Candidates who have qualified CAT/ MAT/ WB JEMAT with at least 85 percentile can appear directly for GDPI round. However, candidates with score less than 85 percentile, need to first appear for UEM Entrance Test followed by a GDPI
