An official TC with a mention of "Discontinued" on it provided by your college on account of you leaving the course after admission will hold good for all purpose. However, for a new admission to a different course, you should satisfy the minimum educational requirements. But for all the document verification process and admission requirements this TC will be valid as a proof of you dropping out. Anyways you can contact the college you wish to join and confirm the same once because there can be exceptions with some colleges.

So yes if your idea is just to buy a degree or acquire knowledge any of these shops might be good but if you think it will make any serious flip to your career prospects, then you need research.

SRCC as an institution needs no introduction in terms of the prestige and the brand. The GBO programme from SRCC carries the same legacy forward with top notch faculty, industry-oriented trainings, placement opportunities and a really good infrastructure. The average package offered is close to 12LPA and the highest package is close 23.5LPA.
