Yes, you can pursue B.Ed and MBA together in the same year, but one should be in regular mode and other in distance learning also UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two-degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online.

Executive MBA is a much larger investment than a general MBA programme. While MBA programs are full-time with part-time study options, an executive MBA programme is designed in part-time format sometimes with only evening or weekend classes to suit the schedule of working professionals.

Yes, you can get a job after a two-year gap. The only requirement is that you brush up your skills by reading the updates and creating projects or reports so that you can prove your worth to your recruiter. Whether you will get a job or not totally depends on your knowledge and ability. If you do well in your MBA course, you will definitely crack your placement and get a better job opportunity.
