Yes, you are eligible for doing any government jobs only if you come under the age criteria this is the only thing that matters, and in government jobs you have to come under the age criteria if you go about that you have will not be able to fill the forms for that but if you are still doing your B.Sc. Plus MBA it is integrated course and it means you are around 20 to 25 not above that, so you can do that, you can go for a government job fill the forms and crack the papers. That's is the only thing that you have to do.

It's okay if you are marks are less than 50%, the minimum criteria in maximum colleges are for 45% so you can get a direct admission in any college if you have scored 45% above, otherwise, you can go for distant learning courses. You can also do your MBA by the help of IGNOU where there is no criteria of having a minimum marks or something but you should do more you should do more hard work to get over it, you can't afford to have less than 50% marks in MBA degree also, so please focus on your studies and get better.
