Raja Rajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in Bangalore offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program.

The college also provides internships with the help of two hospital buildings attached to the college and one PHC center in the village area. The average placement package for MBBS graduates is around 6 LPA, and there are ample job opportunities outside the campus, with an average salary of 50-60 thousand per month. The college also prepares students for the National Exit Test (NExT), a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain the license to practice medicine in India. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has a dedicated training and career guidance center for placing students in their desired job roles and training them to be ready for the workplace early on in their careers. According to the placement report of 2023, the placement rate at BFUHS was 80%, and the average package offered was INR 5 LPA, with the highest package being INR 10-12 LPA. Around 120 students got placed in the college, with top roles offered being MD and MS. Students also got placed as medical officers in government and civil services. The university helps students find top jobs in companies and organizations related to their field by providing placement assistance. The BFUHS placement cell in the Faridkot campus is in charge of all placement-related tasks and prepares students for recruitment drives. The university also offers a variety of programs to develop students' skills and get them ready for impending challenges in the workplace.

Banaras Hindu University is ranked eight among the top university and colleges under the “Medical” category by NIRF 2023 rankings. Moreover, the median package offered to UG course was INR 15 LPA as per BHU NIRF report 2023.

The IMS-BHU has been ranked 5th among medical college in India in the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2022,   second in 2021 by Outlook India and sixth in 2021 by India Today.

Admission is offered based on the score obtained in the NEET UG exam, followed by counselling conducted by Medical Counselling Committee . The application form for BHU MBBS is made available in the month of June.
