For PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability) candidates, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology taken together shall be 40% instead of 50%.

The minimum cutoff for MBBS at D.Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur varies every year.
For 2023, The cutoff for General category was 326 marks. Please note this is for the first round.
The last year cutoff for the same was 300 marks.
