These marks are enough to qualify the exam but you didn't get government seat in these marks. You have to score above 500 marks to get government medical college seat. In these marks you can apply for private colleges.

For MBBS program, NSMU Russia is a popular choice for Indian students as it is affordable and research based. Indian students are required to take NEET exam after 12th standard, a minimum of 50% in 12th class with PCB are required. A certain level of English and Russian is also required, however the students don't have to take IELTS, or TOEFL.

One of the coveted medical schools considered for MBBS is PK DAS Institute of Medical Sciences - Hospital and Medical College. There are currently no official statistics available about placements. Yes, students can take admission to a private medical college with a score of 300 in NEET. To get into a government medical college, scores above 600 are generally required. NEET cutoff rankings for government colleges are released after the institute's (round) counselling. Hence, a score of 300 would likely not get candidates into a government medical college. Based on last year's trends, cutoff marks were between 500 and 700 and above.
