You need to ensure that the medium of instruction is completely in English to have ease of understanding. Some extremely low cost universities have dual medium of instruction.

Hi Maneesha, health sector is one of the biggest sectors in Canada and only bright graduates are preferred. There is no dearth of opportunities in this field but you must first clear the licensing exam which is supposed lying very tough to be eligible to practice. If you are not interested to practice but keen to explore other areas like hospital administration etc you must first know what exactly you want and look for answers accordingly.
