As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.

You must pass testDaF or any other German language examination because most of the courses are taught in German.

Probably, it is possible but we can't say anything without counselling. MS Ramaiah Medical College for MBBS is a very good college of Bangalore and I don't think your friend can get admission in this college because his NEET marks are not so good to get admission in this college.

You should go for MBA in Hospital administration. Based on marks, I can tell you that for external students the cutoff was more than 600 and For internal students the cutoff might varied around 555-560.This was the trend last year.

You being from a quota, the chances are high for getting admission, but kindly check the same from the college first.

So, if you have interest in both, then you can go for any of them because both the courses are great and have excellent career opportunities.

Well, both are good at their level. If you are capable to pay the fee of MBBS then you should go for that. Otherwise, Physiotherapy is good option as well. But if your family is strong financially then go for MBBS. All the best.
