AMU is one of the most reputed colleges of the country and with this score your chances of selection are very rate.
The cutoff last year for external was more than 600 and for internal it ranges from 550-580.
There is no special quota except internal and external in AMU.

You may get MBBS seat for less than INR 10 Lacsas donation amount. But , I would recommend you not to go for such colleges, as these are not well established. Most of them don't even have a proper MCI recognition. They merely have patients and are located far off from cities. There are no lectures,
