Typically, in order to pursue a Master of Doctrine (MD) degree in Cardiology, one would need to have completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree first. This is because the MD degree is typically considered a postgraduate degree for medical practitioners who have already completed their undergraduate medical education. While a Master of Science (M.Sc. ) degree in Cardiac Technology is a related field, it may not provide the necessary foundational knowledge and clinical experience that an MBBS degree provides. Most medical institutions are okay with a little bit of visible body ink, as long as it's not offensive. Non-visible tattoos are almost always allowed. If your tattoo is not exposed, or it could easily be covered, you'll rarely have problems with the upper management, even if they know about it

Private medical colleges, after filling up their ranked seats, tend to work on a basis of marks+first come first serve basis. This allows admission for people with unfortunately low grades. I hope you'll get admission in your desired private college.

600 marks may get you a seat in state quota but not from AIQ, at least for government colleges. But many private colleges do have subsidized seats for the ones who score good but didn't get into any government colleges.
