As far as my knowledge goes, in India the post drug safety physician course is not available directly. After completion of medical graduation and post-graduation in Pharmacolofy, you may undertake course on clinical Pharmacology. You may go to MCI website and then you can search colleges and courses.

Eligibility Conditions: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board
1) Age Restriction: Candidate must be 17 (seventeen) years of age or above as on 31.12.2012. There is no upper age limit except for the Marine Engineering Courses for which the upper age limit is 25 years as on date mentioned in the brochure.
2) Aspirants who desire to write the exam need to pass 12th with minimum 50 percent marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry.
Candidates who have taken the subject combination of Biology instead of mathematics can apply for this examination.
Candidates of the reserved categories need to score more than 40 percent marks. St

You need to have registration from the Canadian Medical Council to pursue any Masters in the medical field. You must check with the CMC for requirements, fees, admission deadlines etc. You must also take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) to be considered for admissions. Check the CMC website firstly for details. You can do a job provided you possess the necessary license. China has over 50 universities authorized by the Chinese government to accept international MBBS students and the programs are offered in English. Graduates from these universities are eligible to take the Medical Licensing Examinations held by MCI and medical councils of other countries as well. Given the rich culture and tradition of the country, it is a popular study destination for international students.

There are a few good options available for MBBS in abroad. you can search for countries like Germany, China, Russia or even USA degree in medical. I know one of them which offers good medical degree leading to H1b visa and that is American university of Antigua which belongs to Manipal group.
