Hi Isha,
What is best for your future depends on where you see your future. You first to do a little introspection, that what actually you want. Then only you should decide what you should have to do. Nothing wrong in doing MCA if you wish to go for IT and application. Of you are willing for Data Science Technology then you may go for, M.Sc. In Statistics or Data Science. You can also look for M.Sc. In Economics if this sounds fascinating to you. You have plenty of options Isha, just do a bit analysis and you will get the best. Hope this helps.
