The chance is very low with that score and percentile, and it seems that may be you'll not get the chance of taking admission in FC, Pune. But, still you can make a try directly. If you don't get then there is many more colleges you can have.

Sorry, but I don't know exactly about MCA, but yes they take students on the basis of their percentage in bachelor's or through their rank in competitive exams of MCA .

It is a post-graduation course, and you have to pass from any graduation course from the recognized university. Every institute have their different criteria in fee but your fee may be around inr. 40,000 per year or more.
