The minimum marks required in NEET for MBBS in private colleges are dependent on a particular college’s admission criteria; a decent NEET score in the range of 300-400 or higher is required to seek admission in private colleges due to the limitation of seats.

As your general rank will be around 260000+ in NEET, This rank will not be enough to get into any college for MBBS .This marks even not be sufficent for reserved category student to get into any govt. MBBS seat but there will be little chances to get into BAMS college.
Thank you

Okay as 390 marks are concerned, it is a decent number.
Last year the cutoff for SC category was 490.So if you belong to any category then too it's very difficult to get a government college for MBBS.
For securing a seat in government college, you need to have marks around 510.
But sure you can try for some private MBBS colleges.

Yes, you can give the NEET exam if you are a Science student from NIOS. The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is a recognised board of education by the government of India. NIOS students are eligible to appear for the NEET exam and get admission to government medical colleges.
To be eligible for the NEET exam, you must have passed your 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as your main subjects. You must also have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate in your 12th standard exams.

Yes, you cant take admission in any private medical college if they provide you any seat, But here remember two points that college must be registered & recognised by board and secondly there fees will be higher than others.
