The NEET UG results are accepted by the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, New Delhi, for admission to the MBBS programme. To be considered for admission to HIMSR's MBBS program, candidates must take the NEET UG test, which is administered by the NTA. Applicants must register for NEET UG Counseling if they meet the minimum NEET percentile requirements. Applicants must register online by going to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)'s official website. Candidates must provide all required information, including their academic and personal data. Candidates are required to lock down their choices of college and course.

Obviously, NEET is like an entrance to join an medical colleges. Without NEET Examination we cannot join AIIMS colleges. After you have given the entrance examination, an councelling process will happen. In the councelling process, seats will be allocated according to your rank, marks and category wise also. So it is not equal to all students, because there are some quote regarding caste, so that the minor caste students can get admission in medical colleges. Yess you can get admissions with 70 percent in class 12th.
There is no 75% criteria in NEET UG EXAM so you can easily get admission in AIIMS HYDERABAD if you have cleared the required cutoff and you have more than 50% marks in boards and passed in biology subject.

For UnderGraduate Course:
The Eligiblity Criteria is as per NEET. For past year the grneral cutoff was 59571 AIR. The 50% seats are reserved for the muslim minority. You can expect the cutoff between 27000-55000. The NEET is the only qualifying criteria. There are total 150 seats for UG MBBS Course.
For PostGraduate Course:

To get admission into AIIMS Delhi, one needs to score 705+ marks (Unreserved category) in the NEET 2023
AIIMS campuses are in list of top applicants ( top 1000-2000 NEET rank holders target AIIMS) .
Closing rank cutt off ( Round 1) for AIIMS Delhi was 3087 rank for 2022.

In every AIIMS colleges the no. Of seats for MBBS course are limited. The seats are of 100. These seats are distributed among them in category wise. Mainly the seats are provided to minor category students like ST, SC And physical handicapped students. In my opinion the seats should be distributed equally to every category students and should increase the size of seats in every college because. Every year Lakhs of students are appearing NEET Examination but only 100 students are eligible for getting admission in AIIMS colleges . The cutoffs changes every year for every college in the country. You can check the college link for more information where you can check the latest cutoffs for AIIMS Hyderabad. In the year 2021, The All India general closing rank was 4042. In the year 2022, the cutoff was 6673. In this year, the last round cutoff is of 2811. As you can see that the cutoff is year by year. It is also be noted that the ranks and marking system also changes with catogery.
