Can I get admission in a Government Medical College, Maharashtra for BAMS if I score 400 marks in NEET?
B.A.M.S. course is not offered in any branch of Government Medical College in Maharashtra. However, the government institute offering the course is Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. 400 is a fine score. You can easily get the top government colleges for BAMS courses

If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.
You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.
One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.

For getting government college with state quota one needs 450+ score. Getting government college with 420 marks is difficult but you can get a private college easily.
