Yes, the whole process of the Maharashtra State Counselling NEET UG 2025 is being held online. Candidates have to register and declare choices on the official website. Apart from MBBS and BDS, the admission to courses such as BAMS, BUMS, BHMS and BSMS is also conducted through Maharashtra NEET counselling. While the registration, choice filling, seat allotment and seat resignation processes are done online, the institute reporting or final admission process is conducted in offline mode, wherein candidates have to visit the allotted institutes physically to complete the admission process.

Yes, candidates can apply for BSc Nursing courses on the basis of marks obtained in MHT CET or even on the basis of Class 12 marks. However, the seats being offered via the Maharashtra NEET counselling will be filled on the basis of NEET marks only. DTE Maharashtra conducts BSc Nursing counselling separately.

As per the seat matrix data of last year, the total number of MBBS and BDS seats offered through Maharashtra NEET counselling is 9,000 and 3,256 respectively. The number may undergo change this year and the data will be updated here on this page.

JSS Medical College cutoff 2024 will be released after the declaration of NEET result. In the meantime, candidates can check out the JSS Medical College cutoff 2023 for NEET UG.
For the next academic session, the registration window is now closed for NEET UG. Candidates, who already registered for NEET can appear for the entrance exam on May 5, 2024. Further, the NEET UG result will be declared on Jun 14, 2024.
- NEET SS final seat allotment result has been released for admission to DM/ MCh courses.
- The NEET PG exam date has been released. As per the schedule, the exam will be held on Jun 23, 2024

The institute has released the NIRF report 2022. According to the NIRF report 2022, 10 MBBS students were placed during 2020 placements.
Whereas 128 students of PG courses were placed during 2021 placements. Further, the median package offered to MBBS students during 2020 placements was INR 14 LPA.
Banaras Hindu University has been ranked at eighth position amongst the top university and colleges under the “Medical” category by NIRF 2023 rankings.
