Can you please elucidate as to what is in your mind? By knowing this historical figure what would be enhancement in knowledge?
The information is quite old and not in use therefore not many sources who can give this. May be you could get it from the college itself from their website?

No, it depends on how many marks you get. If you get 100 or more, you will get an NIT.

To get admission in IIMs, you have to crack CAT exam and should get at least 95 percentile.

If I would rank these two colleges (MNIT and MNNIT) on the basis of campus, hostel life, placements, faculty, and infrastructure, then I would suggest you MNNIT.
As for MNNIT - Allahabad, from what I know from my friends who went there, it's great for someone interested in the core branch as well as the teachers being so supportive for someone pursuing his/her passions.
