Montana State University offers few scholarship opportunities to international students. International students at MSU are eligible for the merit-based scholarship which is based on the average grade point secured by the student. The merit-based scholarship is only applicable on Montana State University tuition fees. Students applying for admission to Montana State University are automatically considered for the merit-based scholarship. Students with a cumulative GPA of 2.5+ on a 4.0 scale are eligible for the merit-based scholarship. The award range for the merit scholarship is around USD 5,000 – 12,000 (INR 419,450- 1,006,680) per year. The scholarship can be renewed if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
