The chances of securing an OBG NRI seat with an All India Rank of 1,48,000 in NEET PG are low. However, it is difficult to predict your chances of admission without knowing your category and the competition for NRI seats in OBG. Let me assume you are from unreserved category with no physical handicapped quota. So let me be honest. There is no chance of getting clinical streams with your rank at any government medical college. But surely you can get non clinical streams in few government colleges or private deemed colleges. So if you are okay with getting non clinical streams, then you can apply for any top medical colleges of India. You can get a non clinical stream in subsequent rounds of counselling.
