There is always a correction window, if that has also passed then only a special request can be made. Unfortunately, after the correction window closes it is near impossible to change anything. This is the reason candidates are advised to fill details carefully so that there is minimum scope of error. NBE may or may not entertain the request the special request in case the deadline of correction window gets over.

Entering an incorrect final year percentage for NEET PG application could potentially cause problems during counseling, as the percentage marks are an important factor for determining eligibility and rank in the exam. However, if your aggregate percentage is correct, then it might be possible to correct the mistake during the verification process.

It depends on the eligibility criteria set by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the admission policy of the MGR University in Tamil Nadu and the Andhra Pradesh state NEET PG counselling. Generally, the admission to MS General Surgery programs in India is based on the candidate's NEET PG score and rank, as well as their eligibility for the programme. In this case, it would be best for your son to check with both the MGR University and the Andhra Pradesh state NEET PG counselling to SEE if he is eligible for admission to the MS General Surgery programme in either location.
