Hello Alok, firstly I would like to know as to from where you got your rank since NTA has not announced it till now. From this year onward rank is going to be decided by percentile of the student. Hence, you must know your percentile. Yes you can get a seat in NSIT. NSIT reserve 15 % seat for outside students. But you have to have a very good rank in JEE probably under 30,000 and for CS branch your rank must be under 5 to 10 k.
