Hello my final general rank in JEE Mains is 193000 and general ews rank is 19600 can I get mechanical or electrical or CS in nsit?

Yes, you can get the addition in NSIT. Go though counseling procedure and list out your colleges. Put college name series which you want first then after second like wise give colleges name.

Is it necessary to pass in chemistry in my 12 boards. While I will get 70% in all the subs except chemistry. To get admission in NSIT.

Yes, of course, it is necessary to pass in chemistry subject if you want to clear your board exams and also for admission to the various Universities after 12th standard.
