Both Cambridge Institute of Technology and NHCE Bangalore are good options to pursue MTech. However, in terms of affordability,  NHCE Bangalore is more affordable since the tuition fee to pursue M.Tech at Cambridge Institute of Technology is INR 3 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue M.Tech at NHCE Bangalore is INR 2 lakh.
