Yes you can get B.E. CSE/ ISE/ EEE etc in NHCE Bangalore, if belongs to general category of Karnataka home state.

The B.E. four years total fee is about Rs 10 Lakhs. The selection on Govt. seats in NHCE Bangalore depends upon the performance in KCET.

Yes, You get placed if you have good coding skills as well as Development skills.Generally, Companies Focuses on your skill, not Your 10th or 12th marks. But You Engineering marks they see but If you are good at above both skills then marks of academics become secondary.
