For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 16663 and closing rank was 19175 for the general category candidates under All India quota.The admission to NIT for BTech Computer Science and Engineering takes place through JEE Main. NIT Meghalaya MSc admission is based on CCMN scores, followed by CCMN Counselling process. During the NIT Meghalaya MSc cutoff 2023, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing rank ranged between 1475 and 2462. Basis the Last Round, the minimum NIT Meghalaya CCMN cutoff 2023 stood at 2150 for M.Sc. in Chemistry.

NIT Meghalaya accepts GATE score for admission to the M.Tech courses. As per the NIT Meghalaya M.Tech cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for M.Tech ranged between 356 and 424, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. For a few of the M.Tech sepcialisations, the cutoff stands closed after Round 1, 2 and 3. As per the last year cutoff data, the minimum GATE cutoff for NIT Meghalaya was 356 for M.Tech in CSE.

Admission to MSc at NIT Meghalaya is based on the CCMN counselling process. CCMN released cutoff for admission to the institute. Find below the CCMN cutoff for M.Sc in Physics for 2023:

For admission to MSc programme at NIT Meghalaya candidate must complete the institution's entrance standards, which include achieving a valid score in the Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test for MSc followed by CCMN Counselling. Also candidates have to fulfill the eligibility criteria i.e. Bachelor's degree with 60% aggregate. NIT Meghalaya conducts its own admission process for the left over seats from the CCMN counselling process.

Direct admission is not offered for MSc at NIT Meghalaya. Admission to MSc is based on the JAM scores followed by CCMN counselling. However, the institute conducts entrance exam to fill the vacant seats after CCMN counselling. Further, before applying for the MSc programme, candidates must qualify for the course-wise eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria: Bachelor's degree Bsc with 60% aggregate in Chemistry as Honours/Major
Selection criteria: IIT JAM+ CCMN
