The NIT Puducherry GATE Cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds. The most competitive course was MTech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for M.Tech in CSE closed at 510 for the General AI category candidates during the last round. The least competitive course for the General AI category candidates was M.Tech. in VLSI Design, with the closing cutoff score of 377 in the first round. According to the available information on the web, securing a seat at NIT Pondicherry with a JEE Main rank of 103873 in the OBC Creamy Layer category doesn't seem possible. There is a lot of competition in NITs, and the closing ranks are usually much lower than 103873.
