You haven't mentioned your reservation category, so considering you have a general, you need to get atleast 70 - 80 percentile to get qualified for the JEE Mains exam. And if you want to get into the NITs, then you need to score atleast 93 percentile.

Your JEE Main rank should be under 1000 for getting admission in NIT-K in said category or your percentile should be more than 99.5.

The cut-off is near about 80% at NIKT Surathkal in MBA.

You can join NIT Surat. Civil needs better labs and infrastructure to study, so I suggest you to join NIT Surat.
