As of now, no changes have been announced for the OET exam. The overall exam pattern remains consistent, with no modifications to the four sub-tests: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Changes to the OET (Occupational English Test) exam can only be made by the official conducting body, Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment (CBLA) only

Yes, you are eligible to appear in the Occupational English Test (OET) at the age of 18. According to OET eligibility, there is no fixed age limit. However, the OET at Home would be an OET computer-based test that would be conducted from the safety of the home of the candidate. The OET exam fee is AU$587 or INR 31,822 (approximately) in India. This fee is for the entire test which includes the sub section tests of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking skills of the Occupational English Test (OET).
