OUAT Entrance Exam Counselling

Candidates who are invited for counselling and admission are required to submit the following documents in original and two sets of self-attested photocopies before the Admission Board. 

1. Intimation letter

2. Downloaded application Form

3. Domicile certificate if relevant (As per clause 2.3.1).

4. Class 10th & 12th Mark sheet and certificates

5. UG Certificate and Mark sheet

6. Master’s Certificate and Mark sheet for Ph. D. admission

7. PwD Certificate

8. In the case of NRI/PIO Candidates all the following documents:

• Sponsorship Certificate (Annexure- III)

• Passport of Sponsor

• Visa/permanent residential certificate of sponsor

• Residential proof of sponsor(electric bill, water bill, telephone bill etc.)

• Govt. document or affidavit indicating the blood relationship of candidates with the sponsor

9. Domicile certificate from respective states for Other State Candidates.

10. Medical Fitness Certificate ( Annexure- II).

11. Declaration certificate for discontinued study ( Annexure-IV).

12. CLC, Conduct and Migration Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.

13. Aadhaar Card with recent photograph.

14. Five passport-size colour photographs.

Five per cent (5%) seats are reserved for Children of Green Card Holders. The candidates applying under the Green Card category have to produce the original Green Card of their parents issued by the Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha at the time of counselling and admission, failing which his/her admission to the GCH category seat will be denied.

Also, the name, and date of birth of the candidate along with the parent’s name should match with those mentioned in the Class 10 pass certificate. A Candidate producing a Green Card that is forged/tampered with in any manner will be debarred from admission under the GCH category.

Five per cent (5%) seats are reserved for Children of Green Card Holders. Your grades indicate that you have a strong academic history. Depending on your performance, you may want to consider the following courses:

1. Agriculture-related courses: Given your strong performance on the OUAT CBT, you might want to explore enrolling in B.Sc. agriculture, horticulture, or agricultural engineering courses.

2. Courses in Science and technology: Your high grade point average in 10th and 12th grade may qualify you for programmes leading to a B.Sc. in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or computer science, among other programmes. 

3. Engineering courses: Depending on your class 12th grade percentage, you may choose to look into B.Tech. programmes in engineering.

 4. Environmental Sciences: In light of your interest in agriculture, you might also take courses in the field or one that is closely connected.

These are but a few instances; there are numerous other courses offered in numerous subjects. To choose wisely, think about your interests and career objectives. Researching particular institutions and their course options is usually beneficial.
