No, you can't give the exam this year but you can give this next year because Candidates applying for UG admission must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2022.

OUAT still follow offline councelling so going to actual cutoff is value less but first a university cutoff declared around 94-96 percentile in OUAT Entrance exam, Candidates who scored above cutoff are called for offline councelling to the university.

The eligibility criteria for University of Alaska is minimum SAT and ACT score of 955 and 18. For the international students, they have to qualify IELTS EXAM with minimum aggregate of 6.5.
