You have scored less than 100 marks, so it is not possible to get government college. If you have scored above 50% in HSC and Intermediate, you can get a good private college with 90 marks in OUAT. However, I recommend you to apply for counselling so that you can get a good college.

No, you cannot give the OUAT entrance exam for B.Sc if you are already pursuing a B.Sc degree.
