OUAT Entrance Exam

Unfortunately, the application window for the OUAT 2024 exam has already closed. The deadline for filling the application form for both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs was announced to be on April 15, 2024. 

• UG Form A (for UG admissions): April 15, 2024 (including the application fee payment)
• PG Programs: June 18, 2024 (including the application fee payment)

Steps you have to follow for QUAT entrance exam :

1.First know the QUAT exam pattern and marking scheme. 

2.Know the QUAT entrance exam syllabus. 

3.Get as many preparation books for the course opted for. 

4. Solve sample papers, previous year's papers and mock texts. . 

5. And final one revise as much you can. 

It is expected that the 2023 OUAT entrance exam announcement will occur during the last week of April or the first week of May. The announcement will be made available on the official website of Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT). It will include all relevant exam details, such as the conditions for eligibility, the date, the format, and the curriculum. Please be advised that this tentative notification release date may not match the actual one. It is recommended that you frequently check for updates on the official OUAT website.

The OUAT marks are only valid for the current academic year. The counselling will start in August 2024. The admit card will be released on May 22, 2024 and the exams will be conducted on June 4 and 6, 2024. The results will be declared on July 10, 2024.

The syllabus for the OUAT entrance exam 2024 includes subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. The exam covers topics from the 10+2 level, with questions being asked in objective type format. The total marks for the exam is 200, and the duration is 2 hours. The exam will be conducted in English, and there will be no negative marking for wrong responses. The exam conducting authority released a notice on April 5, 2024 which mentions that the exam dates of OUAT entrance 2024 are changed due to unavoidable reasons. Hence, now the exam will be conducted on June 4 and 6, 2024. 

Applicants are advised to download the admit card from May 22, 2024 in online mode. 

The OUAT Entrance exam 2024 for undergraduate programs are to be conducted on May 13th and 14th, 2024.

The good news is that the OUAT 2024 application form has already been released and the application window is closed. It was available from March 1, 2024, with the last date to apply and submit the fee being April 6, 2024.

There might be a second application form window for OUAT PG courses, but as of today, March 18, 2024, there's no official announcement regarding the dates. You can keep an eye on the official OUAT website for updates on the OUAT PG 2024 application form.

No, there is no negative marking applicable in the OUAT entrance exam. This led to an increase in the cutoff of the OUAT entrance exam. Since there is no negative marking hence applicants attempt the maximum number of questions they can or even sometimes they do wild guesses. 

Questions that are marked correct give the applicants extra marks even without knowing the correct way of solving them.

It is advisable to the students to attempt all the questions in the exam hall.
