Yes, F-1 students with valid -20 issued at UH are allowed to work part time, not more than 20 hours per week, except for school breaks and the student's annual vacation. Yes, international students can continue to work in their part time job after course completion. However, they need to have post study work visa which allows them to remain in Dubai and gain relevant experience for a prescribed period. International students usually get two years period to find work in Dubai post their studies. When they find employment in Dubai, they can apply for a work permit to continue working in Dubai.
