The PhD course at Amity University Noida is offered in both Full-time and Part-time options. Candidates can choose either one according to their preferences and priorities. Duration of the full-time PhD course is three years. While, the part-time PhD course is 3.5 years long. Candidates have to complete the course within this time period to receive the degree.

Students with valid F1 status can work part-time while studying at Brown University. However, note that F1 students must make sure they have the appropriate work authorization prior to pursuing any type of employment activity, paid or unpaid. For on-campus employment, students can work up to 20 hours per week when the classes are in session. They can work over 20 hours per week during the summer and winter breaks. Yes, international students are allowed to work part-time in New Zealand for a maximum of 20 hours per week, provided one's course meets one of the below listed criteria:
- Enrolled in a course with a duration more than two years
- Leads to a qualification that helps attain points to be eligible for a Skilled Migrant visa
- Enrolled in a tertiary institute, that helps develop English language skills, in this case, must possess a IELTS band score of over 5.0.
Students are free to work full-time over the course of their vacations, provided one is enrolled in a course with a minimum academic duration of 1 year.

Yes, on-campus employment is allowed for Purdue University international students while studying. A few of the on-campus positions include Teaching Assistantships, Research Assistantships, employment in library, food services, etc. During Fall / Spring, a maximum of 20 hours per week. In the breaks, more than 20 hours is allowed. Also, after the completion of studies, students can go for off-campus employment such as CPT, Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Students have the following labour rights while doing a part time job.
They can work upto 650 hours per year. Exceeding the same can lead to being eligible to income tax.
Students do not need any other permit except for the resident permit.
Students have the right to be paid as similar as other employees.
