Besides, aspirants must also complete their Bachelor Degree in Architecture to apply for the MArch course. Aspirants scoring equal or above the cutoff score are offered seat in the institute.

Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology offers full-time BArch courses of five years duration. Students can get into this course based on qualifying NATA (or) any other Aptitude test conducted by the Competent Authority of the State Government /UT.

Admission to BArch course is based on NATA/ any other Aptitude test conducted by the competent authority of State or Central Government score. Candidates must pass the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% aggregate and 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Passed Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject having obtained at least 50% aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the aggregate.
