Yes, you are eligible to do Ph.D. as minimum percentage required is 55% and you qualify that criteria.

Yes, you are eligible after passing OUCET exam. After completion of your PG, you can go for PhD as well.

You can apply for jobs in as you can also give their exams after B.Sc if you're that good. Also, you can apply for NET only if your one year Masters degree you received from any foreign institute is equivalent to a two year programme under any Indian UGC approved institutes. So, just check is that one year programme actually equivalent or not. If it is, then congratulations, you're eligible.

Yes, for Ph.D, you need to qualify the entrance test of the university you aim for. Ph.D admission is easy as you might get preference and shall also be exempted from. The entrance test is a bit competitive.

Hello Ram, Yes, a student having obtained degree or PG or doctorate from abroad is definitely eligible. Normally there are intergovernmental agreements that accept equivalents between two courses if different universities. Best wishes.
