Sikkim Manipal University provides PhD course in various specialisations. Some of the specialisations include PhD in Mathematics, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, etc. The duration of the course is around three years and the entrance exam accepted is NEET. UGC has allowed me to pursue 2 courses at the same time, but it is doifficult to pursue B.Ed and Ph.D at the same time as both require a lot of time and effort.
Although, one can pursue B.Ed and Ph.D from different universities for example B.Ed from IGNOU and Ph.D from another university.
