IIIT Sonepat offers PhD course. The PhD course fee is INR 1.4 lakh. The institute offers PhD for 2 years. Candidates must pass entrance exam for admission. The institute accepts GATE, UGC NET, and CSIR NET scores.

To be eligible for a fellowship, a full-time candidate must have a valid UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE score.
