IIIT Bhagalpur offers doctoral-level programme within the department like Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & CommunicationEngineering (ECE), Mechatronics Engineering (MEA) and Basic Science &vHumanities (BSH). The Department wise PhD programme is spread scross multiple specialisations. 

There is no such provision for direct admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una. Candidates seeking admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una must fulfil the following requirements:

• MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.

OR

• BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).
• Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.

The total tuition fee is inclusive of the admission fee, caution deposit, exam fee, and charges for facilities offered at IIIT Una. The total tuition fee for the PhD programme at IIIT Una is INR 30,000. The mentioned fee for IIIT Una PhD course is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. IMT Ghaziabad FPM admission is entrance-based. Candidates are shortlisted for admission based on score in either of the accepted exams, including CAT/GMAT/GRE/UGC-NET. Shortlisted candidates further have to go through a personal interview round as well. The final selection is done after all the selection rounds.
