Hi,
To pursue Ph.D, you must start contacting the Ph.D research heads of the universities/departments and share your research interests with them. You have to be accepted by the research head before you submit your application. Universities in the US would require you to take the GRE. Additional eligibility will depend on the country and the university. Your scores are less so finding a suitable research university will be very competitive. I will also advise you to refer to this article for careers in psychology for more information.

In order to become a professional, academic parapsychologist, it is necessary to have both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, usually in psychology.
This process commonly follows two to three stages:
1. A B.Sc degree in psychology (3-4 years).
2. A M.Sc degree in some area of psychology (1-2 years). This stage can be optional.
3. A Ph.D degree in psychology and often with a focus on an area of parapsychology (3-5 years).

You need to pursue Master's or M.Phil after completing your B.Ed. Ph.D alone is not sufficient.
