No, if you want to do Ph.D then first you should do a Masters with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.

You can evaluate doing Ph.D in management from FMS DU, GGSIPU, DTU and IGNOU in Delhi. You may evaluate TERI University if you want to do Ph.D in environmental management.

Ph.D in USA is mostly fully funded by the universities. It is difficult in Europe, if you get a scholarship will depend on your profile and the university however atleast 40 to 60% must be borne by you. If you get a full scholarship, consider yourself lucky. For admissions, you need to contact the universities or the department supervisor, you must share your research interests and topics with them. The application process and submission of forms are online and will follow once you get a supervisor who is ready to take you in. I will suggest you to visit university websites for details.

You probably need graduation degree and need to appear for exams like GATE, probably you need more 6-7 years from now so that you can complete your graduation and gain decent work experience.

I'm not sure if MBA colleges offer PhD. I guess you are looking for PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Business Management. The average salary for the top B-Schools is in the range of 12 lakh to 19 lakh. For colleges which fall in the second grade, the average salary ranges from 8 lakh to 12 lakh. For other colleges, you might get an average salary of about 5 lakh to 8 lakh.
