You need to have Master's degree to pursue Ph.D. It is beneficial for you to pursue Ph.D from USA.

The Indian Institute of Astrophysics is a premier institute devoted to research in astronomy, astrophysics, and related physics. This is a full-time research programme wherein the students work towards their Ph.D degree under the supervision of an IIA faculty. Students may join the programme in either the first semester beginning in August or the second semester beginning in January. The entrance examination is held in December followed by an an interview in January. Students passing the JEST exam are interviewed in May/June. You can plan your education to fulfill your dream.

It is recommended that you do PhD in HRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. You can also do PhD from legacy IIMs, FMS or DU.

You can select institutes like Indian Institute of Science (IISc) may allow first class B.Sc degree holders to directly take admission in an integrated Ph.D program, if they clear an entrance tests. But usually, one requires completing a Master's degree program in the related science or engineering subject with at least 55% marks and/or do an M.Phil degree program to get admission in the Ph.D program.
To be eligible for research programs at top-notch institutions, candidates also have to clear appropriate tests like CSIR-UGC NET for JRF, UGC-NET for JRF, DBT JRF, ICMR JRF, JEST, NBHM 2012, IISc entrance test or GATE.

Both, PGDM and MBA syllabus is similar. You can choose any among MBA and PGDM to get admission in Ph.D, provided theses are done from a recognized universities or B-schools and degree awarded is approved and equivalent to MBA by Association of India Universities (AIU).

Complete your Masters first or look for an integrated program. Which subject is something you should know, if you don't know your research area then I am sorry that you are not fit for Ph.D. and no university will accept you.

For PhD you must complete your Master's first. You need to contact the universities directly and email them, get in touch with the supervisors and send your research proposals. Kindly, complete your Master's with good grades if you haven't done it yet.
