| BCA | Class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised board |
| BPharma | Class 12 or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology as optional subjects individually from a recognised board |
BBA | Class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% with English as a compulsory subject from a recognised board |
MCA
| Bachelor/Master Degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (47.50% aggregate for SC/ST) |

Yes, PIET has a seat reservation scheme. 25% of sanctioned intake shall be filled by the institutions (management quota) at their own level. 75% of sanctioned intake shall be filled through counseling of HSTES. The admissions of 75% of sanctioned intake shall be done by HSTES through counseling as per the Reservation Policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.

PIET offer both merit-based as well as entrance-based admission. The college offer merit-based admission into courses like BBA, BCA, MCA and BPharma. The college consider below entrance exams for admission:
- BTech- JEE Main
- MBA- MAT/CMAT
- MTech- GATE
Note: Admission to non-GATE candidates may also be given subject to the availability of vacant seats.
