Check Carnegie Mellon University, Georgia Institute of Technology, MIT, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor Ann Arbor, Northwestern University among others. But these are the most significant ones.

Alright. I understand. I'd suggest Instrumentation and Control engineering. It has better placements and scope for higher studies as it's a developing field which is getting more and more prominent in the practical world. However, you really need to work hard if you take ICE. All the best :)
