Is it that bad? Frustrated by backlogs? It happens. Don't get disturbed but this. In life nothing is static. Things always change. I would advise you to try out taking tuitions for weak subjects and attempt. Hard work is always rewarded.

It's very nice to know that you want to join mining engineering after having already done engineering once. So you are aware of entrance exams and eligibilities. Mist state govt's have upper age limit. But perhaps deemed universities do not. You can choose one of these to get admission.
