Check National Central University in Taiwan, Keio University Japan, Waseda University Japan and ITMO University. Kindly, check the admission requirements on their websites and apply accordingly.

If you have done MBBS from Russia then you need to take the MCI screening test. If you fail to qualify the MCI screening test then you cannot practice medicine in India.

If you want to practice in India, then you need to pass the MCI screening test. In fact, in any country, you need to pass the related exams without which you cannot practice. Having a degree from a very reputed university with excellent academic grades will give you a good chance, however, it all depends on your score in the screening test.
