Most of the countries abroad have licensure exams to be taken up by doctors if they want to practice in that country.
Though you can continue PG in Russia and try for work visa. If you manage to get it you can practice there based on the license you have.
Most of the countries have exams including India. So prepare your self well. Try preparation for USMLE or PLAB for residency in USA or UK.

Crimea is a good university. It was earlier a part of Ukriane and post war last year it is now in Russia. Though the region is sensitive and I would advise you to choose some other government medical university in Russia from safety point of view. You can opt for Kazan State Medical University, Kursk State Medical University, and many more.
Admissions are about to close at most universities for this September intake. So you need to speed up your application.

The answer to this is subjective. If you want to pursue MBBS, but not getting in India, then you can consider to study MBBS from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc., rather than adjusting for Physiotherapy.
As MBBS is a course which has high demand in India and India needs qualified doctors.
It is very important to choose good universities, listed with MCI.
