The answer is Yes. Any Indian student who wants to transfer their remaining study to Russia can complete their remaining study in Russians University. You will need your Passport, Transcript ( online/offline) and student Id of Ukrainian university. And also you don't need to pay your tuition fee upfront. You can pay after getting satisfied with their education.

To be honest, I don't know about Bangladesh for MBBS but I think you should consider Russia, China, and Ukraine for MBBS. Each and every country has advantages and disadvantages likewise universities too. You should call Just for Education for MBBS in Russia, China, and Ukraine.
