As per the Medical Council of India, any Indian student who has completed his/her MBBS from a foreign country has to appear and clear MCI screening test in order to practice in India. This examination is conducted twice in a year and there is no cap for appearing in this examination.

The MCI would require that you are registered with it so that it can certify that you meet its requirements and standards to practice in India. I do not think it is necessary to attach the foreign education but it would certainly help in marketing. You should but check the express guidelines by MCI on this subject to avoid any legal consequences.

Hi,
Both the countries are good. It depends on your interest that in which country you wish to go. You can prefer Russia for MBBS as per facilities and technologies, fees and language. Rest depends upon your interest.
